FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

1.    A special thank you to Jim Zinsky for the design of the new group firepit (pictures below), and to Jim and his helpers for its speedy construction. The Opening Ceremony for the grand opening of it was great, with Jim’s speech, and then the first official toast to open it, and then the s'mores making. At one point we counted 45 people in attendance. All those present had a wonderful, relaxing time.
2.    Please remember that all postings on the various bulletin boards in the pavilion must be approved by the Board of Directors.
3.    Parents – New Jersey law requires that all children 17 and under must wear a helmet when riding their bicycle, so please be sure your kids are in compliance.
4.    With the increasing number of children in the park, plus our older members who walk & bike in the park, adhering to the speed limit is extremely important. Please remember – 5 MPH.
5.    With the large number of new seasonals this year, please notice the list on the bulletin board in the pavilion, and be sure to introduce yourself and welcome our newest members.
6.    The New Jersey State Rally will be held in our park this year the weekend of September 15th – 18th. Please plan to attend since most of our members are part of the 3 New Jersey Units. The New Jersey Unit is the host Unit this year.
7.    Some additional improvements are planned for the park this fall. If you will be here, please volunteer to help President Don in his endeavors. Volunteers are what make this park one of the best campgrounds in the country!!
